Exercise your way to happiness. Exercise gets the brain to release the good stuff – endorphins – to make us feel better. And with summer just around the corner, there is no excuse.
Last week when I was drawing outdoors, I felt the urge to draw a bicycle, and then roller blades. It must be the warmer weather… I am going to be dusting off those cobwebs building up on my roller blades and bicycle, and putting them to use – perhaps to get to my next outdoor drawing session with friends this weekend.
What are you doing this weekend?
Love your artwork, and I agree!
ReplyDeleteGoing for long walks with my dog this weekend!!
